Terms & conditions for parents
1. After the confirmation of tutor, The registration/consultancy fee, for one child is Rs 800 in addition to the monthly fee. This onetime payment is applicable, for the child until their current academic year. Note, This registration fee will not be taken prior demo or without confirming the tutor.
2. If a student is not satisfied, with the tutor, during the demo session we will arrange for another tutor or final tutor replacement.
3. If parents wish to verify ID (after confirmation of tutor only) or educational credentials they are welcome to request this information from our tutors. Then, you Should confirm with us.
4. As part of the agreement, with our tutors the month fee will be collected by AB Home Tutors or brighthometutorsite.com. Parents are encouraged to make the payment for the 1st month in advance(within 7 days or 15days of the 1st month) to AB Home Tutors or brighthometutorsite.com using UPI (Phone Pe, G Pay, Paytm, etc.) internet banking, cash deposit, into our account or have our executive visit you upon request, Subsequent month payments are settled to the tutors. After enrolling in a trial class, rejecting the tutor, or stopping their services, you are not permitted to engage the tutor directly for the following three years after the tuition stop date. Otherwise, Parents/Students alone will be responsible for paying the costs associated with AB Home Tuitions/Professionals' LEGAL ACTION against them.
5. In any case, the amount paid is NEITHER REFUNDABLE or ADJUSTABLE.
6. If you are a parent, spend the entire tutoring session at home. It is advisable for students to avoid being alone themselves at home, especially if the teacher is someone they do not know well.
7. It is your responsibility to notify us and follow our instructions if, after taking the trial, you contact our tutor after a few days, weeks, or months; otherwise, we won't be held responsible for any difficulty.
8. Student/parent has to give confirmation after 1 day demonstration about that tutor. Student has to continue at least 1month with that tutor.
9. You understand that AB Home Tuitions will find a tutor that best suitable your child's requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
10. You acknowledge that the ultimate decision, in selecting a tutor for your child rests with you. You agree to release AB Home Tuitions from any liability resulting from the unintentional actions of the tutor. In instances legal measures, on behalf of the parties will be pursued against the accused.
11. The Terms and Conditions may be altered by AB Home Tuitions at any moment without previous notice, and you agree to be governed by the revised or modified Terms of Use.
12. You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity
13. Which classes are cancelled or postponed by the tutor? Only those classes will be covered or substituted by the tutor.
Refund Policy
1. consultancy fee is Valid up to for one academic year only from your date of Registration fee paid, If you have a gap of more than one academic year from date of Registration, your registration becomes invalid & you have to Deposit Again the Registration fee to Start the Tuition.
2. Your registration fee will be forfeited and payment will not be reimbursed if you decide not to continue with the tutor after the first month or first 3days or any later months of that academic year. However, this can be included for next tutor, but this will valid only for that current academic year only.
Terms & conditions for Tutors
1. Registration will be free , There is no prior registration fee for the tutors & Teachers.
2. We are charging 50% Commission from your 1st month salary only(once in a academic year),This commission will be taken by the consultancy from the 1st 7days or 15 days of the tuition without informing to the tutors. Remaining half of the salary (or)Subsequent months, it is your duty to collect the payment from the parent as their convineince.
3. The Tutor must pay the commission as stated in condition no. (2) if the new tuitions offered by our executives. When providing short-term tuitions , the tutor must pay the consultancy 30% of the tuition for two months; if not, they must pay 50% of the tuition for one month only.
4. You don't need to handle or address tuition fees directly with the client. The tutor will not engage in any interactions, with customers/parents arranged by AB Home Tuitions and the tutor will not disclose payment details/commission sharing information to clients. If you engage in activities;
A. We'll terminate your account and forfeit any outstanding payments or fees owned.
B. Otherwise, AB Home Tuitions/Professionals will take LEGAL ACTION on Tutor & EXPENSES will bear by Tutor only.
5. After a trial lesson lasts a few days, weeks, or months, the tutor has the duty to inform us if a client calls.
6. once we provide any tuition to any tutor then you need to please contact the client immediately and inform us about the developments as early as possible.
7. If tutors' current address or phone number changes, they kindly notify us right away. If clients want ID proof , please provide it on their demand.
8. Please make sure for switch off/Silent mobile at the time of taking tuitions, It is imperative that you notify parents and clients in advance by phone or mobile device before taking any leaves of absence, Tutor leave should be compensated by giving Extra time on Sunday/ some other days.
9. Tutors are not permitted to instruct anyone else if the demo fails & are not authorized to take any tuition referred by the existing client of AB Home Tuitions.
10. The tutor's out-of-pocket expenditures, such as petrol and parking tickets, have to pay their own money. Registration does not mean ANY GUARANTEE OF TUITIONS.
11. The tutor should not have any involvement, in any criminal activities or other legal matters, in the present or past.
12. You as the tutor acknowledge that you have the authority to decide on selecting a student, for tutoring and commit to providing lessons when at least one parent is present at the residence. Any form of misconduct, misbehaviour, harassment or complaints about behaviour during tutoring sessions will not be tolerated. The tutor will be held accountable, for any actions.

1. Ask the teacher the for a copy of the ID proof. As with anyone else, take the same safety measures in your home: hide valuables, don't reveal needless personal information, etc.
2. Ask your kids about their impressions of the tutor. We would also be grateful if you could provide us with any feedback, good or bad, regarding the tutor. Ultimately, you have the final say over all hiring decisions. Prior to selecting a tutor or company for in-home tutoring, please make sure you have done everything and are comfortable with them.

4. Tutors(or)Teachers agree to provide address proof or Photo ID, Aadhar, Passport to the consultancy through whatsapp.

If we discover any information on your registration that is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, AB HOME TUITIONS reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without prior notice and to prohibit you from using our website proceeding further.
6. You, Accept that we simply gather Tutors and do not have any influence, over transactions, between Parents and Tutors. When dealing with Tutors/Parents there are risks involved which you take on. The Website acts as a platform. We may not review or regulate all the listings provided to you.

7. We reserve the right to end your access, to our website or limit your ability to use the site at any point for any reason with or without warning and, without incurring any liability.
